Palo Alto & South Bay Coordinator,
I'm a postdoc at Stanford university, studying Immunology in context of cancer. When I'm not playing with my mice in the lab, I enjoy exploring whatever fun things bay area has to offer — hiking trails, nature’s beauty, history, food, music.
Palo Alto & South Bay Coordinator, Event Manager, Web Manager
I'm a postdoc at Stanford University, looking at the impact of light on human behavior and sleep. Nevertheless, as all my friends like to say, I'm not sleeping all the time. Indeed, you will find me travelling around the world with my camera looking for new adventures, dancing wherever there is music, cooking some good meals with friends, and taste some good wine of course!
"Hakuna matata"! ;)
San Francisco Coordinator
I'm an adventurer, a techno music lover, and a bocce ball enthusiast. Currently I'm living in the land of startups creating biosensors.
San Francisco Event Manager, Speaker Liaison
I'm a DC native who's jumped coasts in the search for the perfect balance of sun and science. I'm doing research at Stanford to figure out how evolution works... stay tuned!
San Francisco coordinator
I help manage a lab at UCSF that studies the role of immune system cells in the spinal fluid of patients with multiple sclerosis and other neuroimmunological diseases. When I'm not in lab you can find me eating a burrito in Dolores Park, hiking somewhere with a great view or listening to live music.

From Italy to California, passing through Spain because I love science and travel. I'm currently studying genetic risk factors for Cardiovascular disease at Stanford. I really believe in the importance of getting people involved in research. Proud to be part of Taste of Science!

After my PhD years spent in London, I was in desperate need of sunlight :D I'm now a cell biologist at Stanford, where I study the centrosome and its relationship to cancer progression. Cells and science aside, I have a passion for landscape photography, traveling, rock music, ballet, and good food...I'm Italian after all ;)
