We are happy to inform you that you have been officially accepted into the Taste of Science Medical School! Our first lesson will cover the heart, from the cells that make the heart beat to the diseases that affect the cardiovascular system. Freshen up your heart knowledge with cardiac surgeon Sloane Guy, who specializes in robotic cardiac surgeries. As ToS medical students, you will be given the opportunity to interview Summer Ash, who will answer questions about her own open heart surgery. We will also have a heart lab available to put your cardiovascular knowledge into practice! Best of all, you can enjoy all of this with a beer in hand (stethoscopes optional)!
