Potential to Power: Female Training Considerations for Health Across the Lifespan

MV Shook is a personal performance and nutrition coach whose talk will examine the ways that sex differences and age-related changes to our bodies affect how we train and refuel:

“Female health is having a moment, in the best way possible. There are more discussions around longevity, hormonal health, and how this is impacted by exercise and nutrition. Of course… the IG fitness community is weighing in. This presentation will present evidence for training for health across the lifespan, biological differences between males and females, and aim to answer - do these differences matter for female training and nutrition as they age?”
