Dr. Sara Dykins-Callahan from the University of South Florida (USF) Department of Humanities and Cultural Studies, discusses the problems with food industry practices, including the relationship between our broken food systems and COVID-19, and will offer practical tips for cultivating a home garden.

Dr. Tom Taylor-Clark, a Professor of Molecular Pharmacology & Physiology at the USF Morsani College of Medicine will tell us about how our body responds to taste (especially extreme ones, like spice!).
