Back by popular demand, we have our local chemistry of cooking expert here to cook up some fun science!

We have mixed it up this time by pairing him with an expert in the biology of our eyes. If you’ve heard of “seeing is believing” just wait until you see what these two cook up!

Timeline

6:30PM

Doors will be open at 6:30pm. Enjoy a bounty of food and drinks (with or without alcohol) at Belle Tavern while chatting with new friends.

7:00-9:00PM

Following a brief introduction to taste of science and thanks to our sponsors, we will hear from our speakers with plenty of time between for questions, fun, and refills.

Chemistry of Cooking

The history of the culinary arts is one of trial and error. At CBU we show our students how to quantitatively assess outcomes within the realm of the Kitchen. This talk will spark your curiosity, fill your belly, and intrigue your tastebuds.
