Meet the Speaker: Dr. Smriti Mehra.
Smriti is a Professor at Texas Biomedical Research Institute (Texas Biomed) and an adjunct Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Texas San Antonio. Her lab studies latent TB, active TB and HIV-induced TB reactivation . Her research program focuses on host directed therapy against TB.
